WesternUnion

  • Our location is staffed with Full Service Western Union agents who can assist in sending your funds anywhere WesternUnion is available..
  • WesternUnion services can NEVER be processed via phone ever - please visit us locally for these types of inquiries.
  • To pick up funds, you must bring in a valid form of identification.
  • To send funds, you may be required to show valid identification for tax purposes enforced by law.
  • Customers will be required to fill out a form for sending and receiving funds.
  • Please be aware of scammers utilizing WesternUnion services claiming to grant you access to large sums of money. Remember if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. 

 

Full Service Pack and Ship

  • Please visit us with the items you wish to have packed and shipped for us to provide you with an accurate quote.
  • Please note that bringing in items ahead of time may save money on packing services as well as shipping.
  • For oversized and odd shaped items, please allow adequate time for proper packaging of your shipment.

 

Mailboxes Rentals

  • Mailbox rentals do require 2 forms of identification, and an ID for each additional person over the age of 18.
  • We have a 3 month minimum rental period regardless of box size being rented, promotions for annual customers available.
  • Our key deposit covers 1 key for the mailbox holder, which can be duplicated.
  • Coming Soon Mail & Package notifications - *Addt'l charges may be incurred
  • We do accept UPS, FedEx, USPS packages for our mailbox holders at no additional cost. - *Please note that if your package has not been picked up for 30 days, we may charge a storage fee.

ID's may include: Government Issued / State Drivers License / State ID / Tribal ID / Passport 

2nd ID: Copy of Utility Bill or Car Title / Debit or Credit Card / more to be added soon

 

Notary

  • $5.00 per notary signature/seal.
  • Any copies needed will be charged at 15 cents per page.

 

Package Receiving:

  • We do accept packages for non mailbox holder at an additional cost of $1.00 per package. *Extremely bulky packages may incur additional charges
  • Please call ahead to notify staff or your package may be rejected and returned to sender as unknown.
  • We may require you to provide the name specified on the package and the estimated size as well.

Lost Package / Package not delivered on time

  • Have you sent a package through us and the other party did not receive it?

Damaged package
